aMeans of communication between the management of the company and its employees.
Tool to improve engagement and communication in the organisation.
Provides a forum:
where the company can consult with employees on various matters prior to a decision being taken
where the company can cascade information on initiatives
where employees can raise the collective opinions and suggestions of the workforce with management for discussion and consideration
to discuss matters which impact employees
