As part of the Leadership Programme, employees are invited to explore the optional opportunity to gain ILM  accreditation as a valuable addition to their development journey. This accreditation is completed outside of working hours and involves agreeing to the Company’s training clawback arrangements, which will be clearly outlined prior to enrolment to support informed choices.
