Our Core Values Employee Recognition Awards publicly recognise, thank and reward employees who have gone above and beyond, delivering outstanding work performance in line with our core values.

Anyone may nominate a PBS employee for an Employee Recognition Award by simply completing an online nomination form accessible via this link, the QR code, or any of our Core Value Recognition posters.

Upon submission, this will automatically reach the HR department who will distribute to the appropriate manager for approval. If accepted, the manager, along with HR, will prepare and issue the Recognition Award during a departmental meeting.
